Grounding techniques: walk, barefoot on grass earthing (connecting with nature ), meditation.

Sensory/color therapy: on the color, wear red or visualize roots, extending from the spine into the Earth.

Affirmations: I am safe. I have deep roots. I am grounded.

Pose: (Mula Banda ) engage the pelvic floor muscles to build stability and energy, grounding, yoga poses, perform poses that connect you to the Earth, such as Tadasana (mountain pose), tree pose yogi squat

Mula bandha: engaging the root lock by contracting the pelvic muscle to build energy from the base
